Floor Plan Inspiration and Customization

Every project begins with finding inspiration based off your needs. Whether starting with an inspirational floor plan, or from scratch as a foundation; we collaborate with you to make a floor plan to reflect your lifestyle and preferences. Whether it’s adjusting room sizes, layouts, or special features, we’ll ensure your home is designed just the way you envision it. We offer the experience of being able to sit down with a home design specialist who can begin from scratch drawing and crafting your home room by room based off your needs and desires.

Finalizing the Details

Once the floor plans are finalized, we sit down together to discuss the interior finishes and mechanical specifics. This includes everything from custom cabinetry and flooring to insulation and HVAC systems and other critical elements like electrical and plumbing. Our goal is to ensure that every detail aligns with your style, functionality needs, and long-term vision.

Detailed Bidding and Cost Transparency

After finalizing the plans and specifications, we send them out to gather specific bids from trusted suppliers and subcontractors. This allows us to provide you with a detailed and transparent cost breakdown, ensuring there are no surprises along the way.

Family is at the heart of everything we do. We understand the importance of a home as a sanctuary where memories are made and time together is cherished. Inspired by our own family which includes 3 daughters —Emmy, an Oklahoma State University graduate and a 2nd-year medical school student at Oklahoma State College of Osteopathic Medicine; Ellie, our curious third grader; and Hadley, our lively 1st Grader—we strive to build homes that bring people closer together.
